These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Country Tracker mobile application ("App") provided by 9 Giraffes ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Country Tracker is a travel tracking application that helps users count days spent in different countries and monitor compliance with stay limits. The App provides tools for day counting, stay limit management, Schengen zone calculations, and travel history visualization.

3. Not Legal or Tax Advice

Important: The App is a tracking and informational tool only. It does not provide legal, tax, immigration, or professional advice. The calculations and data presented by the App should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making legal or tax-related decisions. Always consult qualified professionals for legal, tax, and immigration matters.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the App.
• You are responsible for verifying any calculations or information provided by the App against official sources.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries you visit.
• You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer premium features through in-app subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, code, features, and content, belong to 9 Giraffes. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• The calculations, data, or information provided will be accurate, complete, or current.
• The App will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9 Giraffes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, any liability arising from:

• Reliance on any information or calculations provided by the App.
• Overstaying visa limits, tax residency miscalculations, or immigration issues.
• Loss of data stored on your device.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
